ALL  suits must be 100% paid + Shipping fee before it gets sent out, NO exceptions. Once the suit is shipped I do NOT allow refunds.  Any attempted charge back or false bank claims will result in a permanent ban from FuzzyFrogFurSuits and will no longer be able to interact or purchase from my company. Payment is accepted through PayPal or Venmo. I do take payment plans but only if agreed on by both participating parties. Any form of scamming or ghosting will result in a permanent ban from FuzzyFrogFurSuits. Once materials for your suit have been purchased I can only refund the remaining amount not spent. You must have paid half your quote before I start work on your suit. Once the suit is complete I will not do refunds. Any charge backs will result in a permanent ban. If you cancel your commission after its finished or in the works I will change the design slightly and resell it as a premade.  To request a commission I need a CLEAR reference sheet with front, back and side view MINIMUM. If you have a deadline you wish for me to meet let me know! Depending on how close it is I may charge a rushing fee.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. if I find a furry beware on you and I feel my business or myself are at harm I will let you know and will formally refuse service to you.
